Privacy Policy
ListSpread is currently an early-access beta. This policy describes the information the beta is designed to collect and how it is used.
Information we collect
When you create an account or use ListSpread, we may collect your email address, account identifiers, listing details, product photos, prices, inventory status, SKUs, marketplace-specific listing information, and marketplace listing URLs or IDs that you choose to save.
Marketplace connections
For supported marketplace integrations, ListSpread uses marketplace authorization flows rather than asking for your marketplace password. Authorization tokens may be stored in encrypted form on the server so ListSpread can perform actions you request. Marketplace integrations remain subject to each marketplace's own terms and privacy practices.
Product photos
Product photos uploaded for listings are intended to be used for public marketplace listings. They may therefore be stored at publicly accessible asset URLs. Do not upload private, sensitive, personal, or confidential images.
How we use information
We use information to provide account access, save and organize inventory, prepare or publish supported marketplace listings, import inventory, troubleshoot the service, prevent abuse, and improve ListSpread.
Service providers
ListSpread currently uses Supabase for authentication, database, file storage, and server functions. When marketplace integrations are enabled, data necessary to complete your requested actions may also be sent to the applicable marketplace.
Data sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We may disclose information when necessary to provide the service, comply with law, protect users or the service, or complete actions you request with connected marketplaces.
Data retention and deletion
We keep account and listing information while it is needed to provide the service. During the beta, account-deletion tooling is still being developed. Contact the site operator if you need an early-access account or stored listing data removed.
Security
We use access controls and database row-level security to separate seller data. No online service can guarantee absolute security, and beta software may change as security and marketplace requirements evolve.
Changes
We may update this policy as ListSpread moves from beta to paid service or adds marketplace integrations. The effective date above will be updated when material changes are made.
